Welcome to your pet's home away from home.

We aim to make the process as easy as possible! Once you have created a Paw Partner account online or through the app, you will create a pet profile for all animals. After completion, you will upload all necessary vaccine documentation, and make a Meet & Greet resrvation under the Daycare tab. Please be aware that we offer limited spaces during certain days of the week.

On the day of the scheduled Meet & Greet, you will drop your pup off between 7 and 9 am and we ask you wait until they have entered the park and staff gives the thumbs up! Our staff will work with your pup individually and then slowly introduce them to the play group based on their comfort level. You may pick up anytime from 3:30 to 6:30 pm and our staff will discuss the outcome of the Meet & Greet!

We believe all dogs deserve happy and healthy playtime! At Urban Tails, we implement mandatory rest times throughout the day to assure your dog has ample time to relax and recuperate before their next play session with friends. We strive to ensure their mental and physical needs have been met!

Day Stay in Wagging Hills is offered for dogs unable to participate in group play or have met their maximum number of allowed days in Day Camp for the week.

Day Stay can also be offered as an introduction to Lodging in Wagging Hills for guests who have not stayed with us previously. This program gives canine guests an opportunity to get to know staff and the environment and also gives pet parents the chance to prepare their pups in advance for a longer stay. Our canine guests receive their own room, dedicated playtime and enrichment with our staff, and all of the luxuries without the overnight stay!

By using Paw Partner as our facility’s go-to platform, all client reservation needs are found in one place! Simply create a profile, answer questions about your pet, upload their vaccine records, and make reservations! It’s also a great place to communicate with us and check out the latest updates on the timeline.

Day Camp: 

• Monday through Friday, drop-off hours are 7 to 9 a.m., and pick-up hours are 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Day Stays: 

• Monday through Friday, drop-off hours are 7 to 9 a.m., and pick-up hours are 4 to 6 p.m.

Lodging:

• Monday through Sunday, drop-off and pick-up hours are 7 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m.

Grooming: 

• Your pet can be dropped off 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Staff will contact you once your pet has completed their spa services! If you are not able to pick up within the hour, your pet may stay within Wagging Hills (depending on occupancy) for a nominal fee.

Yes! The health and well-being of all pets in our care is our main concern. All vaccinations must be current and administered by a licensed veterinarian. We follow the expiration date for vaccinations according to your pet’s veterinarian. For any vaccinations out of date, we require your pet to be updated at least two weeks prior to your pet’s next stay.

For puppies and kittens under 4 months old, please contact us prior to making your reservation.

Canine requirements: Current Bordetella, DA2PP (DHPP), and Rabies vaccinations

Feline requirements: Current FVRCP (Feline Distemper), Feline Leukemia (with negative test), and Rabies vaccinations

Yes! Mental and physical stimulation is an integral part of your pet’s well-being.

Wagging Hills: While staying with us, your best friend will have 5+ times to visit our indoor and outdoor parks to stretch their legs, play fetch, work on a puzzle game, or do other scent work, and enjoy belly rubs daily.

Hotel Catsylvania: We’ve designed this area with your cats in mind! All individual cats or families of cats will have 5+ times to visit the Haven at Hotel Catsylvania. For those shy or unsure, your feline friend can find plenty of places for relaxing, climbing, or bird watching from our special viewing area. We will also offer specific toys and games designed for young and active cats.

Yes, we do but with the safety of staff and other dogs in mind. If you have any questions about aggressive or unsocialized dogs or cats, please contact us prior to making a reservation.

If you or those you live with have utilized any other pet facility for day camp or lodging, your properly vaccinated animals must wait two weeks before entering Urban Tails.

For out-of-state guests, we require all properly vaccinated cats and dogs to have been in our community for at least two weeks and have not displayed any signs of respiratory illness or disease.

We strive to maintain a clean facility and ask you to respect this policy to keep your animals and all guests in our care safe!

Yes! Our spay/neuter policy requirements differ for Day Camp and Lodging in Wagging Hills and Hotel Catsylvania.

Day Camp: Puppies up to 8 months old are accepted in play groups if the health and safety of individual dogs are appropriate during off-leash play. We reserve the right to dismiss any intact puppy that is no longer appropriate for our play groups.

Wagging Hills and Hotel Catsylvania: Intact dogs and cats are accepted for lodging at any age. We recommend any pet in heat should remain at home. Due to safety concerns and special services required, additional fees will be charged for any pets in heat or who may come into a heat cycle while staying with us.
